Pippa Rowcliffe

CSL Facilitator, Compassion Cultivation and Leadership Coach
Pippa lives, works, and plays on the traditional and unceded lands of the W̱SÁNEĆ people.  She is a mother of three beautiful young men, a daughter, a sister, and an auntie to a few.  Pippa has contributed and continues to contribute in many ways to ensuring that children and youth thrive, working across early years, education, health, and child welfare systems.  She has held senior positions in the not-for-profit sector, at the Human Early Learning Partnership (UBC), and most recently at the Office of the Representative for Children and Youth of BC.  She has provided leadership and expertise in transforming systems in each of these.
 
Pippa has been connected to the Compassionate Systems Leadership network for over seven years, contributing to its founding in BC from the start. She is particularly interested in compassion and leadership and has a Compassion Cultivation Certificate from the Compassion Institute/Stanford University (Centre for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education).  She has trained in Mindful Self-Compassion and in Compassionate Leadership with international leaders in the fields.
