Ways to Engage
with Compassionate Systems BC

Whether you’re just beginning or ready to go deeper, there’s a place for you here.

Compassionate Systems BC offers a range of entry points to support your learning and practice, from free monthly gatherings to immersive year-long programs. All of our offerings are grounded in the same three interconnected areas of growth: understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening your relationships with colleagues, and developing the skills to see and shift the systems you work within. Wherever you are on your journey, we invite you to join the community.

Find the Right Fit

Our offerings are designed for individuals, teams, and organizations working in child and youth-serving roles across BC. Explore the options below and reach out if you have questions about where to start.

Have one of our BC Master Practitioners and trainers facilitate a Compassionate Systems workshop, or series of workshops, in your school or district. These sessions are customized according to your needs and could include coaching.

Communities of Practice

Every month, we gather as a community to connect, and to work together using the Compassionate Systems framework. These calls are free and open to everyone.

Going Deeper

The year-long program continues to build on your learning, strengthening your capacity in self, relational and systems leadership. The sessions will focus on making compassionate systems “visible”, allowing you to apply the learning directly to your context. Equity-oriented lenses and Indigenous perspectives that strengthen Compassionate Systems will also be nurtured.

Cost:  $ 1800 per participant
